Vision Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Vision is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is an android and a member of the Avengers who first appeared in The Avengers. He is loosely based on the Timely Comics character of the same name.

A user tweeted this "Seriously. He is portrayed as almost godlike in Avengers 2, kicked ass in Civil War, but when Infinity War comes around he's completely rofflestomped by Corvus, the least notable child of Thanos, who then himself is beaten and stabbed near death by frickin Captain America. He is utterly useless in the movie. He sucks".

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Vision full-time for more than 8 years Cons: This company has been through so many mergers/acquisitions it will make your head spin, mostly private equity firms who proceeded to terminate long term loyal employees to make their bottom line look good for the next sell off. It's only a matter of time before you are shown the door, nobody is safe."

"I worked at Vision Cons: Most employees didn’t receive regular performance reviews as promised and continually hounded their managers regarding this. Most managers only had one performance review over the span of 15+ years. Some didn’t have a cost of living increase in a 5+ year stretch and owners/upper management didn’t provide an explanation why. No set 401k company match and when there was one it was poor. Employees were scammed into the belief that teaming up with a private equity firm would grow the company and keep everyone’s job safe. The owners ended up selling out. Most EVP/VP’s were promoted from within and only said what upper management wanted to hear. They were ineffective in their roles. If you’re not politically correct, keep your head down and follow the lead of poor upper management you will be shown the door. Production managers spoke up and called a spade a spade and were singled out to the point of being terminated. EVP/VP’s wouldn’t own up to their faults - they were clearly held to a different standard."

"I worked at Vision Cons: The upper management is completely disconnected with the way things work. After a company merger there was so much disjunction that the work environment was very unhealthy"

Former Employee - Virtual Customer Service Representative says

"I worked at Vision full-time Cons: Timings and higher expectations. Location of the office"

Former Employee - Prepress says

"I worked at Vision full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Low to no growth, positionally or financially. May be more VPs than actual working employees with many long time workers being replaced by a revolving door of temps. Unreal work expectations extended to most workers but primarily temps with shifts of 12+ hrs and consecutive days worked reaching 20+ at times. One 3% raise in a decade, if you wanted a raise you were told to work more OT. Newer middle management tended to be less skilled than most floor employees and were let go when any disagreed with upper management. Life outside of work was irrelevant and did not example would be when authorities shut down all travel due to cold and ice but workers were told to ignore orders and come in regardless. Majority of hourly staff was let go or furloughed at onset of COVID while management remained and hourly were replaced by temps. I rated culture/values low as there is a lit of preaching of those from the top but it is only lip service at the shop level, values are in play until the bottom line comes into effect."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Vision full-time Cons: Company does not provide a 401k match for retirement. Poor work - life balance. Management expects employees to work outrageous hours rather than hire more qualified people resulting in burned out, frustrated workers. Too many VP's and not enough blue collar workers getting things done."

Account Executive says

"I have been working at Vision for more than a year Cons: This company has a poor work/life balance"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Vision full-time Cons: Poorly written work orders, ordering and acquiring materials is delayed to the point of making the projects late, lack of communication between departments, management has a "run it until it breaks" mentality on some of the equipment. Raises are laughable ($.05-.20 for a year), but new hires are sometimes brought in at $2-$4+/hr more than the people that are expected to train them."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Vision full-time Cons: For starters, management doesn't work together, there's a lot of division between the departments because of this. Also there's no rewarding the employees, the philosophy of you have a job don't you is unacceptable, after a while the employees start to care less and less because they feel less and less cared for. The company could become so much more it just needs some philosophy change."

Former Employee - Digital Press Operator says

"I worked at Vision full-time for more than 10 years Cons: I paid my dues on the night shift for over ten years at this company. When there was an opening on the afternoon shift, I applied for it. Management gave the position to someone with less seniority. The justification was that this operator kept falling asleep while running the press and that the afternoon shift would better suit their lifestyle."

"Una empresa que tuvo su éxito con una mala forma en conseguir sus objetivos."

Survey Interviewer (Former Employee) says

"A typical day involves waiting for an email to find out if they have a shift, and if your on the list. They send it two to three hours before the shift starts. They dont have any work for months, and only 3-12 hrs per week when you do work. You are required to sign up for shifts 3 weeks in advance. They dont provide breaks and sometimes demand you work more than five hours without a break. Cons: Unreliable work"

ANICK says

"Ordered a pack of face masks. Haven’t arrived so enquired when we would receive them. Told 4-5 weeks wait which was definitely not clear on the website when I ordered, if stated at all (they say it was but wouldn’t have ordered if it was stated). Also doesn’t mention this wait on order confirmation. Asked for a different Style pack but said they don’t have any At all as they are being made currently in Bahrain. Why do they keep sending emails (latest yesterday) saying face masks are available and we need them for shops, public transport etc if they don’t actually have any??? Very misleading. Have been offered a refund but that still leaves myself and my family who are all key workers with no masks when we return to work in the Childcare sector next Monday."
